We do not collect any other personal data beyond what is necessary to provide the core functionality of the Service.
While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Service, We may request access to:
• Microphone: To record audio for transcription.
• Network Access: To send audio recordings to OpenAI’s Whisper API and to transmit transcribed text to Your specified webhook URL.
We use this information solely to provide the core functionality of the Service. The information is processed as follows:
• Audio Recordings: Sent to OpenAI’s Whisper API for transcription.
• Transcribed Text: Sent to the webhook URL You provide.
• API Key and Webhook URL: Used locally on Your Device to facilitate the transcription service and data transmission.
The Company uses the collected data for the following purposes:
• To Provide and Maintain Our Service: Including sending Your audio recordings to OpenAI’s Whisper API and transmitting transcribed text to Your specified webhook URL.
• To Improve the Service: We may use aggregated, non-personal data to enhance user experience and Service functionality.
OpenAI Whisper API
• Data Shared: Your audio recordings.
• Purpose: For transcription services.

Webhook URL
• Data Shared: Transcribed text.
• Purpose: To deliver the transcribed content to the endpoint You specify.
• Note: The webhook URL may belong to third-party services or servers under Your control.
• Personal Data: We do not store Your audio recordings, transcribed text, API keys, or webhook URLs on Our servers.
• Local Storage: Any data is stored locally on Your Device and can be deleted by You at any time.
• Encryption: All data transmitted between the Application, OpenAI’s Whisper API, and Your webhook URL is encrypted using industry-standard encryption protocols.
• Security Measures: We implement commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data but cannot guarantee absolute security due to the inherent nature of the internet.
Our Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from individuals under 13. If You are a parent or guardian and believe Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. We will take steps to remove such information from Our records.
